Our AMENITY Hotel, located at Passauerstraße 28 in 81369 Munich-Sendling, offers private underground parking spaces (subject to a fee) for your car or small van (up to 2 meters high) upon request. Alternatively, you can also use public street parking for a fee.

Our AMENITY GARDEN Apartments, located at Geyerspergerstraße 29 in 80689 Munich-Laim, also offers private underground parking spaces for your vehicle (up to 2 meters high) for a reasonable fee. Alternatively, you can also use free public street parking spaces in front of the building.

"Praise"

  • + very friendly, familiar staff

  • + clean and tidy hotel rooms with very comfortable beds

  • + central and easily accessible location

  • + particularly good breakfast at a fair price

  • + overall very good value for money

"Blame"

  • - missing air conditioning
    (our alternative solution: in summer every room has a powerful fan and, if desired, free ice cream on very hot summer days)

  • - Hotel elevator not available during night time reception is closed
    (we have recently changed this previous practice so that the elevator can now also be used 24/7 at night for our 4 hotel floors)

  • - Underground car park for larger cars quite tight
    (we have now expanded our underground car park offer so that larger cars and small vans can also park comfortably)

  • - Breakfast room small and cramped
    (we have long since introduced the evening table reservation for all breakfast guests and are currently also reducing the number of tables in accordance with the distance rules)

  • - occasional street noise pollution when the window is open (during rush hour or detours)
    (we therefore always recommend our SUPERIOR rooms on the garden side for noise-sensitive guests)
